Email Campaigns and Org CSV functionality

 

Email Campaigns

Create and send emails to your vendors/partners from within mbrella. Now you can send compliance campaign emails to all vendors quickly and easily.

 

Create mail lists automatically using Org search criteria (such as Tags, or Name, etc). Any members associated with a vendor will be automatically included in your mail list based on your search criteria. Next, associate a mail list to your campaign to match a list of recipients with your customized email message. Press send and thousands of emails can be sent instantly!

 

mbrella keeps all campaign messages viewable at the Organization level so an audit trail of outbound communication is maintained for each Vendor/Partner.

 

CSV upload new Members

 

To facilitate creating mail list recipients and quickly creating accounts for your vendor users (called members)  we are introducing a BETA CSV upload functionality.  Simply create a CSV file similar to the example below and open a support ticket and we are happy to upload for you:

CSV upload/download for Organizations

• Create New Organizations
• Download Organizations data

Users can now quickly get up and running with mbrella by creating all their Organizations via CSV upload.  Users can also periodically download their Organizations data for use in other systems as often as needed.
